Player abuse will not be tolerated. This includes both physical and verbal abuse. Coaches, parents, and spectators are all responsible for displaying appropriate behavior. As a parent, your first priority should be to support and encourage your child. It’s not your job to coach from the stands. It is actually a violation of league rules to do so. Coaches are the only ones who are allowed to give brief instruction during a game. This avoids confusion and frustration on the part of the players, and increases their enjoyment of the game.
Abusing the game official(s) will not be tolerated. Currently, we have a severe nationwide shortage of referees. In particular, referees ages 20 to 40 are in short supply. This is a direct result of our young referees quitting before they get into their twenties. Abusive coaches and spectators make the choice an easy one. Please don't contribute to the problem. Be a positive example for your kids!
Definitions of Abuse

Either upon the official, or his personal property. * Directing insults, or derogatory comments at the officials. * Making obscene gestures directed at an official. * Threatening, or otherwise attempting to intimidate an official with words or actions. These actions are considered referee abuse regardless of whether they occur before, during, or after a game.
Possible consequences of Abuse include, but are not limited to: * Ejection from the field. * Forfeiture of the game. * Suspension from attending further games (home or away) * In the case of repeat offenders, the offender's child or children may also be banned from the league.
So remember,
Fair Play - It's not just a nice idea, it's the law!
