Online Registration for the 2008/2009 Fall Soccer Season is now available. You can register your athlete online by [ clicking here ]. In person Registration will be on August 16, 2008 and August 23, 2008 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Please go to the Tarpon Springs Rec Center located at 400 Walton Avenue [ map ]. PLEASE NOTE: Each athlete is required to have a City of Tarpon Springs Rec Card in order to register.

Tarpon FC offers offers two Recreational Soccer Programs. The first is our In-House Recreational Program and the second is our Traveling Recreational Program.

The season for all Recreational teams starts with practices in October with games taking place in early November and concludes in late February. All games are played on Saturdays. There are no league games scheduled on the Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years weekends. The dates for the games for the Recreational 2008/2009 Season are as follows:

In-house Recreational Program - This recreational program includes the U6 and U8 "in-house" teams. These are coed teams consisting of the 4, 5, 6 and 7 year olds. Teams play "small sided" games (5 or 6 players per team on the field). These teams are called "in-house" because there are enough teams within our league to enable them to play against each other. This eliminates the need to travel to other fields. All games are played on Saturday (usually in the morning) at the Tarpon Sports Complex.

Traveling Recreational Program - This group includes the U10, U12, U14, U16, and U19 teams. All traveling teams are separated into boys and girls teams. Teams play approximately half of their games at home and half away.
